The PGCA – Promotional Glass Collectors Association will have a get-together in Pennsylvania during the April 2024 PA Renninger’s Antique show. As most of you know, the show is in Kutztown on Friday and Saturday, April 26 and 27.
We have set up a block of rooms for April 25 and 26 at the Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley W, Allentown PA 18106. 610-391-0344. When you call, ask for the “glass collectors” rate, which is $89 per night. If you have already booked a room, call back and they will change your rate. If there is any problem, have them talk to Cassie, the Office Manager.
We have also reserved the meeting room for Friday night April 26, 2024 from 6 p.m. to ??. Bring items for sale or trade and plan to enjoy an evening with friends, old and new.
There had been requests for a get-together in this area again so we hope this meets your needs. Travel safe.

The Annual PGCA meeting for 2024 will be Sat May 18, 2024 at the Best Western located at 1133 Evans Way Ct in Columbus, OH in Conjunction with the Springfield Extravaganza with at least 2 glass vendors in the Youth Building will be set up that weekend and there is plenty of room hopping at the motel as well.. If you have not booked a room yet or made travel plans, NOW is the time to do so. If you already made reservations be sure the motel knows you are with the glass club. In addition to all the people setting up in the motel rooms it is looking like another do not miss show for glass collectors at this years meeting & Extravaganza! The room rates are still $85 a night plus taxes. We hope to see you in Columbus and don’t forget to pickup your awesome new 2024 PGCA club glass. We expect to have room hopping on Friday May 17 and a Friday get together in the breakfast room around 6PM. And on Saturday May 18 there will be room hopping, as well as a Pizza Party and silent auction.

There will be a get together of PGCA on Friday Sept 23 The PGCA meeting and get together is the same weekend as the Renninger Kutztown Antique Show. We have a large room at the motel for meeting, selling/buying/trading and talking, will be some snacks. and door prizes. Plus there will be lots of glasses for sale by Dale and some others at the Renninger Antique Show in Kutztown, PA on Friday and Sat. of that weekend 9/23 and 9/24. Meeting is at the Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West, Allentown, PA. Comfort Inn is located in Fogelsville exit I-78 and Route 100. Phone 610-391-0344. Meeting starts around 6PM Friday, Sept 23, 2022. There are many big flea markets in the area during that weekend. The PGCA and club members will work to make this a great get together and to provide a fun forum for collectors to get together. Also between the trading and selling at the hotel and the always fantastic selection Dale will have at the Renninger Kutztown PA flea market that weekend (Friday Sept 23 and Saturday Sept 24 – the opportunity to grow your collection will be fantastic. It is expected that several glasses vendors will be selling in the Youth Building again that weekend & plenty of room hopping at the motel in the evenings.. . NOW is the time to reserve a room at the motel. You can always cancel before the date of your booking(s) if your plans change. We except to have a post dinner get together at the motel on Friday night, a silent auction and pizza on Saturday night around 6PM and PGCA meeting around 7:30 PM Saturday May 21, 2022. *** *** *** The ANNUAL PGCA meeting THAT WAS PLANNED for May 13-16, 2020 in COLUMBUS OHIO has been RESCHEDULED for SEPTEMBER 18-19, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in Ohio the club cannot have the meeting in May. The PGCA annual meeting is rescheduled for the weekend of September 18 & 19, 2020. The PGCA has reserved a block of 20 rooms for our rescheduled Sept 2020 annual meeting. The block is reserved from Sept 16-19, 2020 AT the Best Western on Evans Way in Columbus,Ohio the number is 614-870-2378 & the rate is $85 day + taxes.
The annual meeting will be held in conjunction with the Sept Springfield Extravaganza being held September 18-20. The club would urge all members to put in your reservations ASAP as the block sold out last year. If we need more than 20 rooms it may be able to expand it but can only hold a max of 20 to start.

There will be a PGCA get together SEPTEMBER 27 2019 FRIDAY in Fogelsville PA (Allentown PA area – off exit at I-78 and Route 100). This is at Comfort Inn Lehigh Vally West, Allentown, PA.

Meeting starts around 6PM Friday. The meeting room on the first floor is reserved from 4PM to 10PM, setup with tables all around the walls for glasses, and chairs in the middle.
The Renningers Kutztown PA antique market is THURS Sept 26 to SAT Sept 28. Thursday and Friday are the best days to go to Renningers in Kutztown PA, some dealers leave before Sat last day of show. Also there are lots of antique malls and shops in the general PA area from Harrisburg/Hershey and then in Adamstown and lots of other areas nearby. Light refreshments will be served and lots of glasses for sale / trade / display / show & tell.
